Published in this months Geographical in the UK, magazine of the Royal Geographical Society, a story I shot about a Russian mans ambitious project to produce world-class caviar in a country, Thailand, that averages over 30 degrees heat and regularly hit 40 in the summer. Sturgeon are normally associated with cold climates but technology is enabling its production in the most unlikeliest places.
